| Additional information |
Hutt River Province was a self-declared micronation in Western Australia, established in 1970 when wheat farmer Leonard Casley seceded from Australia in a dispute over wheat production quotas. It issued coins prolifically through the 1980s and 1990s, largely as collector revenue rather than circulating currency — a business model common among micronations of the period.
The M1 Abrams subject is conspicuously disconnected from anything Hutt River ever possessed or controlled.
