A scrolled banner below bears the national motto in Fijian. The legend 'FIJI 2024' arcs above the coat of arms, with the denomination '5 DOLLARS' inscribed along the lower rim. The fineness indicators '2 oz' and 'Ag 999' appear to either side of the shield.
