The globe and sun motif is enclosed within a square frame, itself set within a larger diamond or octagram geometric composition, with triangular corner elements bearing alchemical or elemental symbols at each cardinal point. Various esoteric and cultural symbols — including a Chinese character for 'person' (人), a Mayan or pre-Columbian glyph, and other multi-civilizational icons — are positioned at the angles of the outer geometric frame.
