Obverse description Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II with tiara, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The legend 'BERMUDA ELIZABETH II' arcs across the upper periphery, while '5 DOLLARS' appears vertically along the left border and '2012' is inscribed at the lower right. The engraver's initials 'IRB' appear in small letters beneath the portrait truncation. The design reflects the fourth definitive portrait of the Queen as used on Commonwealth coinage of this era.
