The central device depicts the traditional Niuean seal, comprising an ornate circular motif enclosing a stylised pandanus tree, encircled by a decorative wreath of diamond-shaped elements. A scroll below the seal bears the Niuean motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI in raised lettering. The denomination FIVE DOLLARS arcs along the upper rim in bold raised Latin characters, with the date 2021 displayed prominently at the base, and the silver fineness mark Ag 999 inscribed vertically in the right field. |
