| Obverse description | Right-facing diademed and draped effigy of Queen Elizabeth II occupies the central field, surrounded by a decorative geometric border with an interlaced diamond pattern. A rectangular cartouche below the portrait displays the flag of Tokelau, with the denomination FIVE DOLLARS inscribed beneath. The legend ELIZABETH II - TOKELAU arcs around the inner border, flanked by the date 2012 and the fineness mark Ag925, with the Moscow Mint monogram (ММД) and engraver's initials IRB also present.
