St. Stephen's Basilica in Budapest, consecrated in 1905 after over half a century of construction plagued by a dome collapse in 1868, houses the Holy Right — the mummified right hand of Stephen I, Hungary's first Christian king. The relic draws more visitors annually than almost any other object in Hungary. Solomon Islands has no historical or political connection to the site; the issue exists because Pacific micro-state licensing programs allow bullion producers to attach collectible subjects to sovereign authority at minimal regulatory cost.
