| 背面描述 | The reverse presents a complete zodiac wheel design in high relief against an antiqued silver field, with each of the twelve signs occupying a separate wedge-shaped segment arranged clockwise around the circumference. Each segment features a coloured, sculptural depiction of its respective zodiac symbol — including Scorpio (red scorpion), Libra (scales), Virgo (winged maiden), Leo (lion), Cancer (crab), Gemini (twins), Taurus (bull), Aries (ram), Pisces (fish), Aquarius (water-bearer), Capricorn (sea-goat), and Sagittarius (archer) — each accompanied by its astrological glyph and star motifs in the central ring. At the very centre of the composition is a raised sun face with radiating flames, superimposed with a crescent moon face. The engraver's initials JM appear in the field to the right. The name of each sign is inscribed in the outer border of its corresponding segment. |
