| Obverse description | The silver center features the fourth definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, a right-facing crowned and draped bust by Raphael David Maklouf, wearing a necklace and drop earring, with the engraver's initials RDM incuse at the truncation. The portrait is set within a fine beaded inner border separating the silver center from the gold-plated outer ring.
