| Beschrijving voorzijde | Raised inner coin within a broad outer border separated by a beaded ring. At centre, the fourth definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II as sculpted by Ian Rank-Broadley, depicting a right-facing draped bust wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara, with the engraver's initials 'IRB' incuse below the truncation. The legend 'ELIZABETH II' arcs along the right border, 'NIUE 2022' along the left, and '5 Dollars' at the top; the fineness and weight designation 'Ag .999 2oz' appears at the bottom of the border. The entire design is framed by a double beaded border. |

| Beschrijving keerzijde | The reverse presents five overlapping right-facing effigies of Queen Elizabeth II, each representing a distinct official portrait used across her reign, dated respectively 1953, 1968, 1985, 1998, and 2015, with year labels incuse at the truncation of each bust. The figures are arranged in a procession from right (youngest) to left (eldest) against a finely engine-turned guilloche background. Above the effigies, a highly detailed Imperial State Crown is rendered in relief at the top of the inner field. At the base, a Tudor rose ornament separates the lower legend. The circular legend reads 'HER MAJESTY QUEEN ELIZABETH II' to the left and '6 February 1952 – 8 September 2022' to the right, all within a beaded border. |
