Reverse description Colourised full-length portrait of Tsar Peter III of Russia, depicted three-quarter facing left in an elaborate dark blue military uniform adorned with the light blue sash of the Order of Saint Andrew, holding a marshal's baton in his right hand. The background features a colourised cityscape of Saint Petersburg with the Peter and Paul Fortress visible across the Neva River beneath a cloud-filled sky. The composition is framed by a richly gilded Baroque scrollwork border with acanthus volutes, flanked by two inset blue Swarovski zirconia crystals at the sides. At the top of the frame, a gilded Imperial Russian double-headed eagle cartouche is prominently displayed, while two relief cherubs support the lower border. The inscription 'Peter III' and the dates '1728 – 1762' appear within a gilded cartouche at the base of the design.
