| 背面描述 | Full-color depiction of a meteorite impact crater rendered across the entire reverse field, showcasing concentric rings of jagged, fractured terrain in rich amber, ochre, and violet tones radiating outward from a central dark inner crater. At the very center, a genuine moldavite specimen — a translucent green tektite formed by the Nördlingen meteorite impact approximately 15 million years ago — is affixed as an inset, providing a three-dimensional focal point. The legend 'MOLDAVITE IMPACT' is inscribed along the upper periphery, and the date '2014' appears at the lower periphery, both in Roman serif lettering against the polished silver rim. |

Moldavite is a natural glass formed roughly 15 million years ago when a meteorite struck what is now the Nördlingen Ries crater in southern Germany, scattering molten silica across a strewn field stretching into Bohemia and Moravia. The Cook Islands has issued an extensive line of meteorite and tektite inclusion coins through the New Zealand-based Pobjoy Mint and similar facilities, embedding genuine material fragments into silver issues as a niche collector vehicle. This piece contains an actual moldavite fragment.
