The denomination '5 DOLLARS' is inscribed in bold raised lettering along the upper arc, while the legend 'ELIZABETH II Au 900' runs along the lower arc with the engraver's initials 'IRB' visible beneath the portrait. | Beschrijving keerzijde | Reverse depicts a stylized ladybug rendered in high relief at the center of the coin field, its domed elytra set with a red crystal gemstone simulating the characteristic coloration of the insect. The ladybug's head, antennae, and segmented body are delineated with fine detail, with black-enameled spots accenting the wings. Two circular pierced holes flank the central motif at the left and right, through which a red decorative cord is passed, enabling the coin to be worn as a lucky charm or pendant.
