Aanvullende informatie

Dian Wei was a bodyguard commander serving Cao Cao during the late Han dynasty — killed in 197 AD at the Battle of Wancheng when he held a doorway single-handed against Zhang Xiu's forces long enough for Cao Cao to escape, dying in the process. His story is preserved in detail in the Sanguozhi and later dramatized in Romance of the Three Kingdoms, where his loyalty became emblematic of the warrior-retainer ideal.

Niue has issued Pacific legal tender for decades under licensing arrangements with foreign mints, this piece almost certainly produced by the Polish Mint, which has dominated the Chinese historical figures segment of the collector bullion market since the early 2010s.
