The lower half features a detailed map of Czechoslovakia as established by the 1920 border demarcation, with neighboring states Poland, the Czechoslovak Republic (ČSR), and Hungary identified by inscription in their respective positions. The upper half depicts a panoramic view of the Elisabeth Bridge (Erzsébet híd / Alžbetin most), the historic structure spanning the Danube between the twin cities of Komárno (Slovakia) and Komárom (Hungary), rendered in fine engraved detail.
