P#CS1 is a souvenir item rather than a circulating banknote — issued by the Central Bank of Belize as a commemorative collector piece, not tendered as legal currency. The gold foil bonded substrate was a deliberate departure from standard circulating issues and was almost certainly produced in very limited quantities.
The "CS" prefix in the Pick numbering confirms its souvenir classification.
