| Obverse description | Diademed and draped right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II occupies the central field, surrounded by a decorative geometric border with Celtic-style interlace motifs. An outer ring is divided into twelve segments, each bearing the name of a zodiac sign in Latin script alongside its corresponding symbol in relief, alternating with Cyrillic inscriptions denoting the four classical elements (воздух, вода, огонь, земля).
