Obverse description Portrait of Queen Elizabeth II in intaglio at right, wearing a tiara and pearl necklace, against a multicolour guilloche underprint incorporating coral and wave motifs. A tropical angelfish vignette appears at lower centre, with denomination numerals in ornate cartouches at left and right. The date 24 May 2000 is printed at upper centre, accompanied by the legal tender inscription and two facsimile signatures of the Chairman and Director.
