Reverse description The reverse, designed by Stan Witten, depicts a stylized maple tree branch bearing four large maple leaves rendered in vivid applied red coloring, evoking the characteristic hues of autumn foliage in winter transition against a deep teal-toned field. The legend 'CANADA' arcs along the upper rim, flanked by the purity marks '9999' on either side in the mid-field. The lower portion bears the bilingual inscriptions 'FINE SILVER 1 OZ. ARGENT PUR', with the engraver's initials 'SW' discreetly placed near the branch. This is the fourth issue in the Maple Leaf Seasons series.
