| Reverse description | The reverse is struck in the form of the underside of a scarab beetle, evoking an ancient Egyptian amulet. At the center, a faceted amber-toned Swarovski crystal is set within a circular bezel, positioned at the division between the two elytra, with radiating sunray lines emanating from behind the crystal toward the upper field. A crescent moon symbol appears directly below the crystal on the central ridge. On either side of the central spine, two hieroglyphic cartouches are deeply incised, each containing ancient Egyptian royal hieroglyphs referencing the name of Khufu (Cheops), rendered against a geometric diamond-pattern background. The date 2023 is inscribed on the top loop suspension element. |
