Obverse description Central device depicts the crowned Public Seal of Niue, rendered as a circular badge surmounted by a royal crown, enclosing a stylized floral motif within a beaded border. Two crossed branches flank the badge below, with a scroll bearing the inscription ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI. The denomination FIVE DOLLARS arcs along the upper field, and the date 2024 appears in the lower field. The entire design is executed in polished proof-style relief against a mirror field.

Reverse description Central design features the Vytis, the historic Lithuanian state symbol, depicted as an armored knight on horseback in full gallop to the right, set within a heraldic shield surmounted by a royal crown. The Lithuanian legend VYTIS PER AMŽIUS (Vytis Through the Ages) arcs along the lower field in bold raised lettering. The composition is rendered in sharp proof relief with a highly polished background field.
