| Obverse description | Central field features an ornate baroque cartouche enclosing a shield bearing the circular Public Seal of Niue, surmounted by a royal crown and flanked by elaborate acanthus-leaf scrollwork in high relief. A ribbon banner below the shield bears the legend 'ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI', with the date '2024' displayed on a further scroll at the base. The mintmark '8' appears at the bottom of the field.
