| Obverse description | Central field features the crowned Public Seal of Niue enclosed within an ornate cartouche-style frame, surmounted by a royal crown. The legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE arcs around the seal, with the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI inscribed on a ribbon below.
