| Obverse description | The obverse presents the Public Seal of Niue in high relief at center, depicting a stylized native plant within a circular ornamental border surrounded by a wreath of leaf-shaped decorative elements. A royal crown surmounts the seal at the top, while two crossed traditional Niuean paddles appear below. A scroll beneath the seal bears the inscriptions ATUA and NIUE TUKULAGI.
