| 备注 |
Bradbury, Wilkinson's long relationship with HSBC produced a remarkably stable series — this note ran through nearly two decades of extraordinary disruption without a redesign. The Japanese occupation of Hong Kong in December 1941 ended circulation abruptly; notes in the hands of the public at that point became worthless overnight, and the bank's own vaults were seized.
The signature combinations across this series are numerous enough to constitute a subspecialty. The 1927–1930 pairings of Walls and Hynes are among the more sought-after by date collectors, as the window is narrow.
