CHARTERED BY ACT OF PARLIAMENT
Reverse description The reverse is a mirror-image transfer print of the obverse design printed in pale grey-blue ink, a security back-printing technique intended to deter alteration and counterfeiting. The large green intaglio word FIVE occupies the centre horizontally in bold block letters, flanked by the faint impression of the corner counters and guilloche elements visible through the paper. The overall appearance is intentionally ghosted, with no independently engraved reverse vignette.
