| Beschrijving keerzijde | The central device depicts a human hand adjusting or focusing the lens of a vintage camera, rendered in high relief against a background suggestive of stacked photographic equipment or books. A circular logo of the Federació Andorrana de Fotografia, incorporating a camera aperture motif, appears within the composition. The surrounding legend in the field reads 'XXIII CONGRES · FIAP - 1995' along the upper arc and 'FEDERACIÓ ANDORRANA DE FOTOGRAFIA' completing the lower arc, commemorating the 23rd Congress of the Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique held in Andorra. |

Joan Martí i Alanis served as Bishop of Urgell — and therefore co-Prince of Andorra — from 1971 until his death in 2009, making him one of the longest-serving holders of that feudal office. The FIAP referenced here is the Federació Internacional d'Art Fotogràfic, which held its congress in Andorra that year under his patronage. Andorra's commemorative silver program in the 1990s was unusually prolific, often tying civic and cultural events to issues that saw limited international distribution and modest secondary-market activity.
