| Obverse description | Bimetallic coin with a stainless steel centre bearing the Tunisian coat of arms in high relief: a quartered shield depicting a galley under sail in the upper section, scales of justice and a lion passant in the lower quarters, surmounted by a crescent and star device. The outer copper-aluminium-nickel ring carries the Arabic legend 'الجمهورية التونسية' (Republic of Tunisia) along the upper arc, flanked by stylised wheat ears at each side, with the dual Gregorian and Hijri dates '2021-1443' inscribed along the lower arc. |
