Descrizione del rovescio	An elaborate Islamic geometric octagram (eight-pointed star) frame dominates the field, its interlocking pointed lobes adorned with stylised floral motifs at each cardinal point. Within the central rectangular panel, bilingual inscriptions in Arabic and Latin script commemorate the Silver Jubilee of the Central Bank of Kuwait. Flanking star-shaped cartouches bearing the numeral 25 in both Arabic-Indic (٢٥) and Western (25) numerals appear at left and right within the composition. The dates 1969–1994 appear in both scripts below the English legend, anchoring the anniversary theme.

Informazioni aggiuntive	Issued to mark the third anniversary of Kuwait's liberation following the Iraqi occupation, which ended in February 1991 when coalition forces expelled Iraqi troops after roughly seven months of occupation. The Central Bank had itself been looted during the occupation — Iraqi forces removed gold reserves and currency stocks — making this commemorative issue a deliberate act of institutional reassertion.
