Reverse description The Tunisian national coat of arms is prominently displayed at the center of the field, featuring a shield divided into two quarters: the dexter side bearing scales of justice and the sinister side depicting a rampant lion, with a Punic galley in full sail across the chief. Above the shield, a crescent and five-pointed star — the national emblem — are rendered in relief. The Arabic legend 'Al-Jumhuriyya al-Tunisiyya' (Tunisian Republic) arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 'خمسة 5 دنانير' (Five 5 Dinars) appears in the lower legend. Decorative arabesque ornamental devices flank the shield on either side.
