Opis awersu	Central vignette presents the Presidential Palace (People's Palace) in Khartoum rendered in intaglio in dark red-brown tones, set against a pale green and yellow guilloche underprint with arabesque floral ornamentation to the left. The issuer's name in large bold Arabic script occupies the upper centre, with the denomination خمسة دينارات below, flanked by numeral 5 rosettes at left and right. A Governor's signature with Arabic title المحافظ and the dual-calendar date (Sha'ban 1413 AH – February 1993) appear at lower centre.
