附加信息

The Imperial Crown of India was created for the 1911 Delhi Durbar — the sole occasion a reigning British monarch appeared in person on Indian soil. George V wore it for that single ceremony; no sovereign has worn it since, and it cannot legally leave the UK under the terms governing Crown property. The Turks and Caicos Islands issued commemorative crown-sized pieces throughout the early 2000s under a licensing arrangement that generated revenue precisely because the territory has no meaningful domestic coin circulation to speak of.
