Obverse description Black intaglio print over green and red underprint, with red serial numbers. The central vignette presents an engraving derived from the 1957 painting Primer Grito de Independencia (First Cry of Freedom) by Luis Vergara Ahumada, portraying Father Delgado haranguing the people alongside other independence heroes. Guilloche patterning frames the composition on both sides.
