Obverse description	The face is printed in blue on a fine guilloche underprint and carries the National Coat of Arms of the DPRK within a circular vignette at the left. A large denomination numeral '5' with the Hangul character '전' is set within an ornate cartouche at centre, with the date 1988 to the lower right. The issuer's name and the foreign-exchange certificate legend appear in a dark banner across the lower portion of the note, with the written denomination '오전' in a separate dark panel at lower right; a red serial number is printed at lower left.
