| Obverse description | At center, a stylized orange branch bearing a large spherical fruit, leaves, and small blossoms, all rendered in fine relief within a raised inner circle. Surrounding the central device, the circular legend reads KONINGRIJK DER NEDERLANDEN, separated by dot stops. The broad outer border of the square flan is decorated with an elaborate Art Nouveau-style scrollwork pattern of interlocking volutes and pellets, extending into each of the four rounded corners. |

| Reverse description | The large denomination numeral '5c' is prominently displayed at center within a beaded inner circle set against a plain field. Four ornately detailed scallop shells are positioned at each cardinal point of the square flan, flanking the central circle with bold relief. The divided date '19' and '35' appears to the left and right of the central circle, incorporated between the shell devices. An outer beaded border frames the entire design, reinforcing the structured geometric composition of this pattern piece. |
