| 正面描述 | Right-facing crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, sculpted by Cecil Thomas, wearing the St. Edward's Crown and a draped bust with a pearl necklace. The portrait occupies the central field, with the circumferential legend reading QUEEN ELIZABETH THE SECOND divided around the periphery. A fine beaded border frames the design. |

Issued under the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization coin program, which recruited member governments throughout the 1970s and early 1980s to mint special issues promoting agricultural development and food security. Belize — independent only since 1981, having shed its colonial name of British Honduras — participated in this program in its inaugural year as a sovereign nation, making the timing something of a dual occasion.
The FAO program produced hundreds of issues across dozens of countries, most in tiny mintages with limited circulation intent. KM#64 is among the scarcer Belizean FAO entries.
