| Aanvullende informatie |
The Bermuda Monetary Authority, established in 1969 to replace the Bermuda Government's direct currency issuance, has operated one of the Atlantic's more stable small-territory currency regimes — the Bermudan dollar has been pegged to the USD at parity since 1970 without interruption. The fourth portrait of Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley, introduced across Commonwealth territories through the late 1990s, replaced Raphael Maklouf's third effigy on Bermudan coinage at the 1999 transition point reflected in this issue's date range.
