| Obverse description | The national coat of arms of Trinidad and Tobago occupies the central field, featuring a shield divided into three sections displaying two hummingbirds and a sailing ship, supported by a scarlet ibis on the dexter side and a cocrico bird on the sinister side. A coconut palm tree surmounts the crest above the shield, and stylized waves appear at the base. The national motto appears in a curved legend along the lower rim, reading TOGETHER WE ASPIRE TOGETHER WE ACHIEVE. A mint mark appears to the right of the motto. |
