Reverse description The large numeral '5' dominates the upper field above the central perforation, with the denomination legend CENT. inscribed immediately below the hole, all enclosed within a wreath composed of rice ears to the left and flowering branches to the right, their stems tied at the base with a ribbon. The circular legend INDOCHINE FRANÇAISE arcs around the periphery, divided left and right by the wreath. The date appears in the lower exergue below the wreath, flanked by small floral ornaments. A beaded border frames the entire reverse design.
