| 备注 |
La Fresneda is a small municipality in the Matarraña comarca of Aragón, and like hundreds of Spanish towns during the Civil War, its municipal council issued emergency fractional paper when metallic coin vanished from circulation almost entirely after 1936. These local issues — collectively catalogued under the Guerra Civil series — were produced under no central authority and with whatever printing resources were locally available, which for many villages meant a hand stamp, a rubber die, or a basic typographic press.
At 36 × 30 mm, this is among the smallest paper currency formats produced anywhere in the conflict. The Gari Montañà reference confirms authenticity within the specialist census, but surviving examples from this particular issuer are rarely encountered.
