Reverse description The Francoist coat of arms of Spain occupies the central field, featuring the quartered royal shield bearing the castles of Castile, lions of León, chains of Navarre, and bars of Aragon, surmounted by a royal crown. The shield is supported by the Imperial Eagle of St. John with spread wings, its head crowned, with the Pillars of Hercules flanking the composition at either side. A scroll above the shield bears the Francoist motto UNA GRANDE LIBRE, while the denomination CINCO CENTS is inscribed vertically along the left and right margins respectively.
