Obverse description	Blue and red letterpress on yellow underprint. A faint allegorical figure watermark-style vignette occupies the centre field, flanked symmetrically by two heraldic shield cartouches bearing vertical red and white stripes in the upper corners. The denomination '5 Cm' appears twice in oval guilloche frames at lower centre-left and lower centre-right, with the issuing committee title set in a decorative banner across the top and three manuscript signature lines with role titles along the lower margin.
