Reverse description The central field bears a large, bold numeral '5' rendered in a decorative Art Nouveau-influenced style with horizontal line shading, accompanied by the abbreviation 'Cent.' inscribed beneath in a cursive script. The numeral is framed on either side by two stalks of wheat, their ears drooping gracefully toward the upper field and their stems curving outward at the base, forming a wreath-like surround. The engraver's name THEVENON appears in small raised lettering at the base of the field below the denomination. The overall composition is clean and uncluttered, typical of the Thévenon workshop's emergency token production.
