Reverse description The Haitian Coat of Arms occupies the central field, depicting a royal palm tree surmounted by a Phrygian cap of liberty, flanked by symmetrically arranged national flags, cannons, cannonballs, and anchors on a green ground. A ribbon scroll in the lower portion of the arms bears the motto L'UNION FAIT LA FORCE. The circular legend LIBERTÉ · ÉGALITÉ · FRATERNITÉ arcs along the upper periphery, while the denomination numeral 5 appears prominently in the lower field, flanked by two raised dots. The whole is enclosed within a beaded border.
