Descrizione del dritto	The obverse of this reverse trial piece displays the principal design element of a bold five-pointed star rendered in high relief at the center of the field, with a circular raised ring at its center enclosing a large Roman numeral V denoting the denomination. The legend PATRIA Y LIBERTAD arcs along the upper periphery in raised Latin capital letters, separated from the field by a continuous beaded border. The date 1968 is positioned in the lower portion of the field, flanked by two raised dots serving as decorative stops. The overall composition is clean and boldly struck, consistent with a trial or pattern piece intended to test the reverse die design.

The smooth, polished field extends uniformly to the raised rim, confirming the nature of this specimen as a reverse trial struck solely to test the obverse die against an unworked flan. Minor surface marks consistent with handling of a raw planchet are visible across the field.
