| 备注 |
Portugal's severe coin shortage during and after World War One prompted hundreds of municipal chambers to issue their own small-denomination cédulas — emergency paper substitutes for bronze and cupro-nickel coins. Braga's chamber was among the more prolific issuers in the Minho region, producing several denominations across multiple dates in 1920. These notes circulated almost exclusively within the municipality and were theoretically redeemable against coins whenever the shortage eased, which for many issuers never quite happened on schedule.
Surviving examples frequently show heavy fold wear — pocket and till use at low denominations was punishing.
