| Additional information |
Banco de Cabinda is not a recognized central bank. Cabinda — the Angolan exclave separated from the main territory by a strip of the Democratic Republic of Congo — has never issued its own currency, and no such institution held monetary authority during 2001–2005 or at any other time. These pieces were produced for the collector market, almost certainly never circulated, and carry no legal tender status under any jurisdiction. The X# prefix in standard references confirms their classification as fantasy issues.
