| Reverse description | A symmetrical laurel wreath, tied at the base with a bow and composed of two leafy branches with berry clusters, frames the central denomination inscription. Within the wreath, the word CINCO appears at the top, followed by the large numeral 5 in the centre, below which CENTAVOS DE LEMPIRA is inscribed in three lines, with LEMPIRA curving along the lower arc of the wreath. The field is plain and the overall design is bold and legible. The coin border is dentilated. |
