Obverse description The Lithuanian national arms (Vytis) depicted centrally, showing an armoured knight on horseback galloping to the left, with a sword raised in the right hand and a shield bearing a double cross on the left. Reverse description A large numeral 5 enclosed within a plain circle occupies the centre of the field, flanked to the left by the word PENKI and to the right by CENTAI in capital letters. A decorative floral spray rises above the central circle, with stems and stylised flower buds arching symmetrically toward the upper rim. Small ornamental flourishes flank the central motif on either side below the legend, completing the design.
