| Descrizione del dritto | Central field features the Ghana coat of arms rendered in miniature within a circular legend, depicted in polished relief against a dark background. The arms are framed by an elaborate coloured baroque cartouche with foliate scroll ornaments, surmounted by a royal crown in red and gold. The date 2025 appears on a decorative ribbon beneath the crown, above the shield. The lower portion of the obverse bears the inscriptions FINE SILVER and 292/999 in raised lettering, with the Mint Indonesia logo and mint mark CH at the bottom. The entire rectangular field is covered with an intricate geometric floral guilloche pattern finished in gold plate. |

| Descrizione del rovescio | Central motif depicts the iconic Byzantine icon of Our Lady of Perpetual Help rendered in full colour, showing the Virgin Mary in a red maphorion holding the Christ Child on her left arm. The infant Jesus, dressed in green robes and wearing golden sandals, gazes upward toward the Archangel Gabriel at upper left, who bears the cross and lance, while the Archangel Michael at upper right holds the vessel and sponge, symbols of the Passion. The Virgin's hands gently support the Child, whose sandal is loosely hanging from his foot. The legend OUR LADY OF PERPETUAL HELP appears around the central image, with the mint engraver mark MIG inscribed in the field. |
